Eco City Phase 1 Plots

Ecocity is a cutting-edge planned township in New Chandigarh. Gmada received approximately 1,60,000 applications for allotting a total of 863 plots sized 100/200/300/400/500 square yards and other plots allotted under the scheme, and now all plots are ready to possession, and many people already constructed their homes, and they are residing happily.

With increasing urbanization and congestion in existing cities, GMADA conceived the idea of developing a new independent and self-sustaining city to cater to the spillover of Mohali and Chandigarh’s projected growth over the next twenty years.
